War between heaven and hell is coming, but Dante Walker makes it look damn good.

Dante’s girlfriend, Charlie, is fated to save the world. And Aspen, the girl who feels like a sister, is an ordained soldier. In order to help both fulfill their destiny and win the war, Dante must complete liberator training at the Hive, rescue Aspen from hell, and uncover a message hidden on an ancient scroll.

Dante is built for battle, but even he can’t handle the nightmares where spiders crawl from Aspen’s eyes, or the look on Charlie’s face that foretells of devastation. To make matters worse, the enemy seizes every opportunity to break inside the Hive and cripple the liberators. But the day of reckoning is fast approaching, and to stand victorious, Dante will have to embrace something inside himself he never has before—faith.

READ IT. LOVE IT. LOVE DANTE. THE END. Okay, so that's probably not gonna fly here, but that pretty much sums up how I feel about The Warrior

And this...

What I LOVED LIKE WHOA: I knew this wasn't going to be an easy book to read. Dante, Charlie and Aspen have been through Hell (literally) and now they're preparing for war.

WAR.
It won't be easy.
And people will die.
Oh yes.
But there is a plan and a purpose.

Dante's struggle to find forgiveness (something he doesn't think he deserves) and to have faith not only in himself, but in the Guy with the plan, brings the entire series full circle. The relationships that develop and progress were my favorite part of this, and I especially enjoyed watching Dante and Kraven throw down. Speaking of Kraven...he needs his own novella or something because that dude is full of secrets and---other stuff. O.O

The Warrior is a fast paced, action packed, FEELS CLUTCHING end to Dante Walker's story. One that has all of the humor and witty banter readers love as well as a few surprises, but leaves no question unanswered.
What Left Me Wanting More: Nothing. Everything about this ending was exactly how it should have been.

Final Verdict: Thank, Victoria Scott for bringing Dante Walker into my life! Y'all both got swagga for days and I love you! ;)

Favorite Quote(s): "Dear Big Guy, way to abandon my a** in hell."
"Well, you do have seductive hair. That's a weapon if I've ever seen one."

As a parting gift, I got Dante these...
