A Few Of My Favorite 2014 Books

I have a love/hate relationship with end of year posts like this because I read a lot.  Like A LOT, A LOT. A LOT.   Asking me to narrow down the books I loved more than I love cupcakes is hard .  REALLY HARD!   I'm bound to forget one.  Then that book, those characters and their author will feel bad.  And then I'll feel bad.   BUT, I love talking about books especially ones that resonated with me in one way or another.  Here are some of the books that I read in 2014 that you should definitely check out. If you want to see all of the 230+ books I read this year, pop on over to my Goodreads page. Notice I said "read" in 2014. Some are old, some current and some are yet to be published. I like to give you lots of options. Just like cupcake flavors. This one happens to be cookie dough. Photo Credit: Jenuine Cupcakes   Books I READ In 2014...   Young Adult  Kiss, Kill,Va...

Bad Kitty: Puppy's Big Day by Nick Bruel

Series: Bad Kitty  Publication: January 6, 2015 By: Roaring Book Press Amazon | B&N | Goodreads  5 Stars! "This eight book in the popular Bad Kitty series features a day in the life of Kitty's ever-slobbering foe, Puppy"-- *I received this ARC from the publisher in exchange for an honest review* ~ Review provided by the 10 year old ~ First Impression: Funny. Good. Hilarious. What I Liked: I wanted to read this because I like cats. Once I started, I did want to stop until I was done. Bad Kitty is rude which I think is kind of funny. I also liked that it reads like a comic book. It was funny w hen Uncle Murray got yelled at by the police officer for not carrying a poop bag when he took Puppy for a walk. I liked this book so much I started writing my own story about "Crazy Cat Mittens".  Final Verdict: I can't wait for the next one!
