Armchair BEA Best of 2012
Or as I like to say, "LOVED.IT.SO.HARD." Click the titles to read my reviews of these books. In no particular order...
1) Something Like Normal by Trish Doller
2) False Memory by Dan Krokos (This book inspired me to write a poem and my YABC buddy, Eric aka The Book Cellar and I set up a Fan site on tumblr.)
3) Such A Rush by Jennifer Echols
4) Once (Eve #2) by Ana Carey (I had the privilege to meet her back in April and she is lovely!)
5) My Life Next Door by Huntley Fitzpatrick (Team George!)
6) The Immortal Rules (Blood of Eden #1) by Julie Kagawa
7) Timepiece (Hourglass #2) by Myra McEntire (Kaleb. That is all.)
8) Pure (Covenant #2) by Jennifer L. Armentrout (I went a little fangirly after this book.)
9) Slide by Jill Hathaway (I *hearts* Rollins!)
10) Insurgent (Divergent #2) by Veronica Roth (Four. Need I say more?)
I agree that those are some great books including Timepiece. Great list of books
ReplyDeletereat list! Most of the ones you chose are either on my bookshelf (have read and loved), on my nightstand (waiting to be devoured), or on my TBR shelf (Why aren't there more hours in the day?). My Life Next Door, I want so badly. Timepiece and Insurgent are on my nightstand, just waiting to be consumed.
ReplyDeleteI hope you have a great BEA-filled week!

The Book Hookup's Best of 2012
I'm seeing The Immortal Rules on lots of lists today. I must get to it soon I'm thinking! :)
ReplyDeleteI just got a copy of The Immortal Rules in the mail today that I had won. Can't wait to read it! Good to see Something Like Normal, False Memory and My Life Next Door on your list because they are all ones I am looking forward to reading. :)
ReplyDeleteMy Best of 2012
Thanks for all the great comments! :)
DeleteWho can resist books and cupcakes, right?! I have to admit, I read Immortal Rules and am only a bit meh about the experience. Although I know tons of people who love it.
ReplyDeleteI need to read most of these books but I got to say, you've an awesome choice in books.
ReplyDeleteI recently finished Shadows and Obsidian by Jennifer Armentrout and found them way too good!
